The deadline to complete the Waiver Stipend Agreement for July 2026 waiver payments was Monday, June 22, 2026. You may still complete the Agreement and begin receiving payments going forward.
If you have insurance coverage through your spouse and waive your Willoughby-Eastlake City School District coverage in writing, you qualify for an annual "waiver stipend." To receive the payments, employees must be eligible for and waive medical, dental, and vision coverage and complete the 2026-27 waiver stipend form.
For the 2026-2027 school year, the waiver stipend will be $2,000 annually. The bonus will be paid in monthly installments of $166.67 in the first pay period of each month. Employees must waive medical, dental, and vision coverage and complete the waiver stipend form to be eligible for payment.
There are no retroactive waiver payments.
The agreement is 100% electronic and was sent from DocuSign. Your waiver stipend payments will begin in the first pay of the month following completion of the 2026-27 Waiver Stipend Agreement.
