If you are enrolled in Willoughby-Eastlake City School District's Medical Insurance and cover one or more family members, you will be asked to provide other insurance information every 12 months.

Mutual Health Services, Medical Mutual's third-party administrator, will automatically mail you a letter and a form when this information is required. The purpose of the information request is to update your family's coverage records. This will allow Mutual Health Services (MHS) to coordinate benefits correctly for people who have coverage on more than one plan. For those who don't have any other coverage, MHS will update its records accordingly.

The other insurance information you provide to Mutual Health Services will automatically be shared with TrueRx so that prescription drug claims can also be coordinated for those who have dual coverage through Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools and another insurance plan.

Providing this information will help your family's claims to be processed quickly and accurately. Mutual Health Services accepts other insurance information provided by phone, email, fax, and U.S. mail.
