Willoughby-Eastlake City School District's 2025-26 medical plan is administered by Mutual Health Services, part of MMO's family of companies. Beginning July 1, 2025, MMO's SuperMed PPO network will provide members with access to one of the largest provider networks in Ohio.

To find an in-network provider, visit MutualHealthServices.com.
1. On the main page, scroll down to Find a Provider.
2. Click Learn More, then click Continue.
3. Select Medical and click Continue.
4. Choose SuperMed PPO with Cigna PPO.
5. Enter the location where you'd like to receive care (city or zip code), then click Continue.
6. Confirm your search options are correct, then click Start Your Search.
You can search for providers by name, type, specialty, and more. Always confirm a new provider is in-network before making an appointment or receiving care.
