Carrier documents, such as Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), are available under the Employee Navigator Document Library. Follow the steps below to access your Document Library.
1. Log into Employee Navigator: www.employeenavigator.com.
2. From your Home page, click on Document Library.
3. You’ll be able to view your documents, plan documents, and HR documents.
4. You can also request a hard copy of your Summary of Benefits and Coverage at any time, and at no cost to you, from Human Resources.
